Norwich Airport Parking: Park and Ride Eyed for Hellesdon

Norwich has a tight boundary. The city council’s area stops well short of where the city actually stops, so streets that are Norwich in every practical sense sit in the districts next door and get their bins collected by somebody else. That is one of the reasons this site exists. It was due to change in April 2028, when a new Greater Norwich authority would have taken in the city along with parishes from Broadland and South Norfolk, but the government withdrew that decision on 7 September 2026 and put the whole reorganisation under review.
