Joe Tracini writes it and plays Smee at Norwich Theatre Royal. Every performance date and time, the five dark days, and where the cheap seats actually are.
Norwich Theatre Royal’s 2026 pantomime is The All New Adventures of Peter Pan, running Saturday 5 December to Sunday 3 January 2027. It has been on sale since December 2025, the cast is announced in full, and every performance is already listed with a price.
The cast
Joe Tracini both writes the script and appears as Smee, his seventh Norwich pantomime in a row. Karl Queensborough (Hamilton, The Crown) returns as Captain Hook. Milo Clarke, from Casualty, plays Peter Pan, and Kerry Ingram (Game of Thrones, Free Rein) plays Wendy. Panto dame Quinn Patrick is cast against type as Tink.
Around 24 local children aged 9 to 12 join as the Lost Children. They were picked from a workshop process that took up to 300 applicants through recalls in August and final auditions in September, so the junior cast is settled by now.
Every performance date and time
The run is 25 days long but it is not continuous. There are five dark days: Monday 7 December, Monday 14 December, Friday 18 December, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. The Friday 18 gap is the one that catches people out, because Friday 11 December does have two shows.

Where the cheap seats actually are
The theatre advertises tickets “from £10”. The lowest price shown at checkout is £10.60, and it is only available in the first fortnight.
- £10.60 is the cheapest seat on Tue 8, Wed 9, Thu 10 and Fri 11 December, on the 10.30am on Tuesday 15 December, and on the 1pm on Wednesday 16 December.
- £12.72 is the cheapest on the Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December evenings, the Friday 11 December evening, the Tuesday 15 December 5pm, and the two Thursday 17 December shows.
- £15.90 is the cheapest seat on every performance from Saturday 12 December onwards, and stays there to the end of the run.
In other words the price steps up permanently on the second Saturday. If cost is the deciding factor, a weekday morning in the first full week is roughly a third cheaper than the same seat after 12 December.
The early-bird 20% discount on bands A to C has expired; it closed in February. Standing discounts are: under-18s £5 off bands A to D, schools £20 on selected performances, and groups 10% off at 20-plus, 20% off at 40-plus and 25% off at 80-plus on off-peak and super off-peak shows. The theatre also takes Klarna instalments on orders over £35.
